I didn't look closely at the code of this script but it seems to make the page [[Wikibooks:Biblioteca]] to take a long time to load, since it make one API request for each book in the page. On Portuguese Wikibooks there is another script which is used to insert images to indicate the progress of books in [[:pt:Wikilivros:Biblioteca/Ordem alfabética]]. That script makes "only" 9 API calls (one for each of levels 0 to 8), to get a list of pages the pages in each of the categories. This makes it to be more fast.
